Pre-nup
Do both parties have to submit financial information in a pre-nup. Or does the party siding with the money/pre-nup the only party having to disclose financial information.

Depends upon the particular prenuptial format which is used, but no matter which is used, the emphasis with this kind of document will always be on full disclosure on the part of the party with the money,
property, and other assets and failure to do so can invalidate the document.
