Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am the primary physical custodian of my daughter. Her father has visitation bi-weekly from Wed - Sun. He was just arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a class 5 felony. To make matters worse, he was arrested during his visitation with her. I don't know the exact circumstances, like where my daughter was at the time of his arrest but would this be sufficient to ask for the courts to re-evaluate the visitation order? Even if he has not been convicted yet?

No, best to await his conviction until (and if such) actually occurs(in my opinion).
