Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I have primary physical custody of my daughter and her father and I had a visitation order back in 2008 when we changed custody to joint physical. We recently changed custody to me having primary physical and we didn't create a visitation agreement. He is now demanding visitation when she doesn't want to see him and is texting and calling me frequently. He has emotionally hurt her to the point of emotional abuse. Is there a way to get a Protective Order against him for her so her wishes are respected?

No, not a civil protection order but rather an appropriate agreement(or order if need be) governing paternal visitation would seem more likely to be conducive to restoring family tranquility than a CPO.
