Pro Se Deposition
In a Pro Se divorce action, can the deposition be taken, and notarized by the notary or does a court representative/attorney need to be present?

Re: Pro Se Deposition
The deposition could be taken by the Pro Se-er before a duly certified court reporter and then properly authenticated by this person.(However, it's unlikely that any nonlawyer would be able to take an effective deposition
that could later be used to good effect in securing a positive disposition of the case.)
