if i have proof she misrepresented her income in a support review hearing can i subpoens my ex-wife's proof of income AFTER the support review hearing..? and report the findings to dic child support enforcement?

If the support review hearing was an administrative review in a DCSE district office, you can present whatever evidence you now have in support of your allegation concerning your former wife's underreported income directly to the caseworker or investigator who handled the review hearing along with

your request that the agency reconsider the matter and make any adjustments

that might be appropriate under the Virginia Child Support Guidelines.

And, if the agency believes there is credible evidence to support your allegation,

then it can issue a Subpoena Duces Tecum to your wife's employer(s) for

further verification of her income, if necessary.
