Property deeded to children of divorce

Can property that has been deeded to children, now adult children be changed, altered or taken away by a deceiving parent?

No, once an individual's name has been added to a deed, it can normally only be removed by that person voluntarily executing a quitclaim deed or other instrument to have it removed or that results in its removal.
