property
the divorce was because of adultry on my part. am i still intitled to 1/2 of everything. I have talked to one atterny that says i am just want a second opion. we were married for 91/2 years and I have bipolar.

If by "everything" you mean all of the marital property accumulated by you and your spouse during the 9.5 years of your marriage, your fault ground of adultery should not in and of itself bar you from sharing in one half of these assets under applicable Virginia divorce law.
