My finance died suddenly at the age of 44. We lived together for 2 years. He mother is now asking for his belongings. Since we lived togther we merged items. Is she entitled to these items. I have given her all of his belongs except things we acquired together.

Yes, his mother would technically be entitled to those personal items belonging to her deceased son which can be reasonably separated by half from

those which belong to you and which you've describe as "acquired together".

If for whatever reasons these items are not easily subject to partition or separating out, then I'd tell her to forget it.
