My husband want to keep our house when we divorce. Will he owe me half of the value of the house or half of what we would get if we had sold the house?

Yes, Ma'am, he should, if matters are handled equitably.(Better have a lawyer on your side to ensure such equity in the proceedings, if, unfortunately, matters should come to that(meaning, of course, divorce).
