property before marriage
my wife and her x-husband own property together, we are getting a divorced. Do I have any legal rights to the home that she owns with her xhusband own? they are currently try to sell it, it is a vacation home.

Not too likely unless you can credibly prove that you contributed to the property's increase in value through the expenditure of your labor, materials, or funds towards its maintenance and/or improvements during the course of your marriage to the wife
that you now apparently plan on divorcing.
