property return

property settlement 2003: several items of my jewelry were taken by my husband. my 23 yr old daughter is supposed to get them. no time was put down as to when she would get them. i think i should have possession of my jewelry until she is mature enough to take care of it. it is worth several thousands of dollars. these were all gifts to me in our 25 year marriage. can he keep them legally? i am willing to take him to court and have this settled.

I'm sorry you are vague about what the property settlement agreement says. Whatever terms you agreed to if they were incorporated into the divorce decree can be enforced by the Court if he refuses to follow its terms.
