I'm trying to do a property settlement agreement but I want some kind of clause o gurantee my monthly installment plan since I agree to leave both business alone

It can be extremely dangerous to draft your own property settlement agreement. I've had clients come to me after signing an agreement that they drafted only to inform them that their agreement in no way states what they think it does. The minimal cost you will incur in having an attorney drafted will end up saving you very costly mistakes!
