protection order

I have a 10 year old daughter and she has said the her step brother has touched her inapropriately and i have been to cps and courts and no one will do anything, it is to be unfounded. i have her in therapy and this happened two years ago. my question is can i get a protection order/restrainging order agaisnt the young man(i8) who lives in the same home as her father whom she goes to see every other weekend. i am trying to ge tovernight visits to supvised or none at all and it is hard.

The court on this evidence is unlikely to be willing to grant a CPO(Civil Protection Order) against the young man accused.

The better remedy is very likely to be the one you've already suggested, i.e., modification of the

visitation order in order to completely eliminate or at least severly constrict the opportunity for the suspected one to have any contact with your daughter.
