Protective Order Defense

My ex-girlfriend filed a protective order on me, then continues to call me, text me, and email me. I responded to an email and the next day she filed a complaint and I was charged with a violation of a protective order. No, I have never hit her or abused her, ever. She is working the system and is destroying my life cause I broke up with her. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well, now you'll have to tell it all to the judge.

(And bring along to the hearing all the records of her unilaterally initiated communicatons with you that you can put your hands on.)
