Can He Prove Me Unfit?

My sons father says if I take him to court for child support then he's gonna tell the judge I smoke marijuana to try and prove me unfit. I don't believe that proves me unfit b/c I don't do it around my son, I can still see think walk talk and take care of my son properly. I work 2 jobs and he don't help me do anything. What should I do?

Proceed with your petition for support. Your involvement with the "Mary Jane", as it's referred to in some circles, will not be a basis for a court to assess your fitness to parent your child.
