Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex is not providing 50% of college expenses as is required by our agreement. How do I take this to court on my own? He makes 5X what I do, I can't afford to fight it. What form do I fill out? Virginia Beach court for divorce...I now live in Ohio

A Rule to Show Cause (as to why the named defendant should not be

found in contempt) will need to be filed in the Va. Beach Circuit Court

with the necessary accompanying paperwork.

This is not something that the average non-lawyer can handle on her or

his own but normally requires a Virginia attorney with experience in

handling domestic relations matters in the Commonwealth.
