proving co-habitation

I am a divorced woman of 7 years. I moved in a home with 2 other people, we all share rent + utilities. I am being accused of cohabitating because a male lives here with 2 females, we rent thie home from someone. My divorce agreement says I can't cohabitate with a man. Ex filed coplaint with court wanting to stop support. What are me rights? I am handicapped and recently laid off

You should obviously contest these unfounded allegations at whatever court hearing that may be scheduled regarding the matter.
