Proving parenity after 13 yrs and possible visitation

After 13yrs my husband has to prove if he is or is not the father of a child he never knew existed. If he is proven to be the father do we have rights for visitation with this child?

Most likely he will have the right to visitation. Courts are very reluctant to deny parents visitation rights. However, since the child has had absolutely no relationship with him, the court will certainly consider this a factor in deciding whether visitation is appropriate. The court may also take into consideration whether the child wishes to have any visitation.
