Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If I want to pull my son out of his school, would I need the permission of his father? To give education power of attorney to friends of minds would I need his permission? We are divorced and I am the Domiciliary parent and the children live with me.

The answer would be, yes, you would need to consult with him and secure his agreement if he shares with you in joint legal custody of your son.
