Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Should I pursue a ''no-fault'' divorce under these circumstances??
I'm looking to get a divorce. Long story short. Married 12/05 in the sate of VA. Husband is currently incarcerated serving 4 years in VA. We have no property, assets....nothing. We do have one minor child. But a court-ordered child support order is in place. I recently was awarded Sole Legal Custody of our son throught the courts also. With that said, is a no-fault divorce the best route. I'm all about finding the cheapest way possible since there is no hassle in my situation because everything is already court-ordered. I have recently located to the Pennsylvania area.

Yes, once you have resided in the state of Pennsylvania for the required number of months to be considered domiciled there, you could file for a no-fault divorce under that state's divorce laws.
