Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I need this question answered so I know what package of forms to purchase.

My wife and I have two children each from previous marriage, all over the age of 18, and no children together. Moreover, our kids have never lived with us for the duration of our marriage. Would I file married with, or without children?

Assuming that your question has to do with filing tax returns, you should file married without(children), since you apparently have no dependent minors in your household.
