Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

question about court order

My ex-wife got full custody of our two children ,the order was for child support stating that I am to pay 50% of medical ,she moved out of state and refuses to send me copies of the medical bills and waits 8 years then turns them in to dcse which i am sent a bill for .Is this legal for her and them to do this is the court order affective from a different state .The state she moved from is virginia and moved to ohio .

It may be legal but that doesn't mean that it should not be challenged, and you will likely need an attorney to do so effectively.
