Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a question. I would like to find out if my ex sister in law has the right to claim on of the kids of mine. he was living with them for 8 month in 2014. they had custody of my son. the question i have is that in the cir court it has it that I can claim the kids on the even years and my exclaim them on the odd years so i am trying to see if my ex sister in law has the right to file this or can i send in the paper work to the irs to get it reverse.

Without reviewing the legal paperwork involved in this matter, particularly the

court order(s) awarding those you claim supposedly had legal custody of your son, I couldn't offer an opinion on it.
