Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a question, ive have full custody of two boys age 5 and 6.. There parents are both living, and since march i havent received anything from them as to support and they dont even follow the orders of the judge to meet at mid location to exchange kids, they just dont show up....my question is how soon can i adopt these boys...

Probably, not any time soon, but I would suggest that you arrange for a consultation with a local attorney who handles adoptions for a consultation regarding the matter and who should be able to advise you in greater detail.
