Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My question is if there is any legal actions that can be made for a non-custodial parent that has very little to no contact with his child and pays court ordered child support sporadically. The contact he makes is no more than once every three months, if even that. Usually this contact happens only after I have called him to remind him that he has a daughter that would like to speak with him.

The legal action should involve collecting the child support for which he is in arrears and not in terminating his parental rights(if that's what you had in mind).
