My wife is asking for a devoice and I have ask her three time about get her lawyer to draw up something but I have not gotten anything from her or her lawyer. The court date is for June 26,and the 27th. So I would like to see what I can do to get this fix before the court date. To see if this can be done without going to court. Being that I have not heard anything from her or her lawyer. I don't have a lawyer to handle this case right now because I am not working and I don't have the money to put up front for this case.

with your wife's counsel without creating any problems for him with

respect to violating the Rules of Professional Responsibility which govern

attorney conduct in the Commonwealth.
