Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
my question is, a year ago i came to iowa to visit family, i was staying about 3 weeks then going back to va, last april i had a court date in va with child support. the courts was called i ended up having congested heart failure, in iowa, and not able to travel. then while in hospital, i had a infection in by body where 2 surgeries had to be done. this all lasted about 2 months. then in june i had a heart attack, they had to put stints in my heart. well in july the stints failed and i had 2 massive heart attack. they had to go in and replace the stints. well since then i have had more heart attacks and in november i had open heart surgery, then i started having mini strokes.well i am still in iowa, under doctors care, now my ex says there is a warrant out on me, i have never been in trouble. this is just bad luck. what can i do please give me some advice

You should write a letter to the Virginia Court(civil division) involved in the matter
making them aware of what's happened to you and attach a statement from one or more of your treating physician(s) to corroborate your claim(s).
