Questions regarding a court order.

My court order states that I receive my children on specific dates. My wife has not abided my these. How do I go about getting her held in contempt?

If the matter is already within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, go see the clerk and ask to file a Show Cause Rule against your wife for having violated the court order's visitation provisions.

However, if the case is still within the circuit

court's jurisdiction, you will need to see a lawyer about filing the papers necessary for the Rule to Show Cause.
