quit claim

My ex-wife is pressuring me to sell the house which she did a quit claim on when we seperated because she doesne want it on her credit. I dont want to sell...can she make me?

No, if the quit-claim deed has been delivered to you. If you have not recorded it, you should do so. Except for transactions to sell a property to collect a debt, only a co-owner can force the sale of the residence.
