Reasons to be Removed from Residence

For what reasons can a legal owner of a house be ejected from the house by a restraining order initiated by the spouse? There was no fight or physical violence involved prior to the incident.

Per the applicable Va. Code Section, the Complainant would have to make sworn allegation of violence or a credible and real threat of same.
