Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Can I do anything?

I am recently divorced and I know that my ex lied along with his mother on the deposition that we lived seperate and apart for a year. Even though the papers have been signed can I go back on this and say that they lied under oath?

Re: Can I do anything?

If the 21 day period to raise any objections to the final divorce decree has already expired, I'd say you're pretty much out of luck.(Even if you had timely objected, it would still have been presumably your word against theirs and the judge may not have necessarily believed you.)

And, furthermore, why would you want to attempt to raise this particular issue at this very late stage in the divorce? (It would not appear to make much sense.)
