Recording calls

Me and my ex got into an arguement, and I told him he should have just kept his mouth shut, and asked to speak to his child, I would say were are tit for tat when it comes to argueing, well he c/b and ask to spk to our son, lost signal, I call back, got vm, but our son said no I dont want to talk to daddy. I told my ex this on the voice message, also explaing we need to start getting along, cause it is impacting our son. he sent me email with me saying our son didnt want to speak to him. he only see our son everyother weekend, doesnt want extra time, our son calls him through out the week, and his father doesnt call back, he never attends in drs or er appts, and the one he did was our son was in his care, and he left b-4 we got results back, he left cause his girlfrien sent him a text message. I am scared that he will use this and take me back to court, unless he is pushing buttons, to get me going

Take you back to court for what? I would agree with your last suggested assessment, i.e, he's probably "pushing your buttons", knowing full well what your likely reaction will be.
