Recovering addict roommate

I have full custody of my 1 yr old. New roommate is moving in with her child and is a recovering addict. Can I lose custody of my 1 yr old over this and if she relapses am I considered guilty if drugs are found in my apartment

Neither of your inquiries is beyond the realm of possibilty, although, it should be added, both are very unlikely (in my opinion).
