we refinanced my wifes investment property. i am the only one on the loan and we are both on the deed. am i entitled to 1/2 the equity if we divorce?

Probably, not one half, but you should obviously have a marital claim

to some share of this investment property, after all the numbers have

been properly "percolated" through the various calculations

that would likely be required to make a final determination on this issue.
