Refund taxes

I have been recieving child support from my x...... His in the hole for 47,204. But his been paying 800.00 each month. He has filed his taxes... Will i recieve that too.... I did recieve some money in march 29,2004 for 996.00 that was an unvoluntary payment thats what dcse said to me they couldnt tell me where it came from.... Than i recieved another payment for 311.00 on april 20.2004 i think that came from his state but im not sure b/c they dcse would not tell me. On top of that he still made his 800.00 payment to me... So will i get his refund from his federal??? How long will it take....... We are not on talking terms with each other... He does not see his daughter or has anything to do with her.. So will i get his refund......

Re: Refund taxes

You should receive his refund if you are being paid through DCSE. They would have most likely placed an intercept on any return and that would come back to you.
