refuse to pay bills

My soon to be ex are separated but live in the same house until divorce is final. He has not contributed towards paying the bills (mortgage, utitlities) we both oown the home and are responsible for the mortgage. How can I make him pay his portion? He says he is not paying a dime until I move out. He is saving up his money.

Keep careful records of the marital bills which you

continue to pay and he does not and when the division of marital property is made(either by the court or the parties), any disproportionate amounts which you have paid should be reimbursed to you.
