Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Relocation by one parent

One parent filled for relocation because of job, the judje granted that parent motion, I want to know what file and how to file for reconsideration of that motion. the parent is changing states, and that will interfere with how much contact I will have with my child, taking in consideration that during my first visit with my child I had to wait another half an hour because the other oarent was stuck in traffic.

Thank you very much

Re: Relocation by one parent

Based upon the facts which you've put forward in support of this suggested motion for reconsideration, I see it going nowhere and being almost certainly denied.

However, if you're determined to go forward with this mtion, then I would suggest that you retain an attorney only for the purpose of writing and filing this particular motion, and representing you at the scheduled hearing(if one is required), and which should require only a few hours of his or her professional time.
