Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

relocation out of state after divorce

my soon to be ex have a signed agreement that states we will not move further than 4 hours out of Roanoke and within the state of Virginia. However, I am remarrying and my husband has a home and established career in Pennsylvania. It is only 1/2 hour further drive than already agreed to just in another state. It would not change his visitation schedule at all and I have even offered him additional visitation. I have also offered to drive the additional 1/2 hour or pay him $100 a month to cover extra travel expenses. For what reason would I possibly be denied the right to relocate.

Who's denying you the right to relocate to Pennsylvania and why speculate about something that apparently hasn't yet happened? (At least from the way your question is worded that would appear to be the case.)
