removing items from marital home
If my ex agrees can I remove tems from marital home? WHat if he is not letting m take anything just to be spiteful? What happens if I leave the home without him knowing? I want a divorce and he doesn't or call him and not return?

If you're still married to him and there's no court order limiting your access, you can enter the marital home any time you wish and remove your items of personal property. And, of course, you can also leave anytime you wish, whether or not he knows about it.
And, yes, you can also obtain a divorce whether or not he wants one.
