Removing physical Child Custody

My ex-husband is trying to fight for custody of our 9 year old and 2 children (14,16) from my prior marriage. I have sole custody of my first two and have for 14 years. I have physical custody of the 9 year old, and share legal custody with him, only because he threatened to hurt me if I did not. That was a little over a year ago. He has defied his visitation rights and also been telling our child together that I never wanted her to begin with. What are my options?

Better get an attorney who knows how to conduct custody battles in the Commonwealth and who can advise you, accordingly.
