Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am representing myself pro se in a child support case involving a self-employed father that is pretending he works for a self-employed friend of his to pay lower child support. Discovery was granted. I have issued subpoenas for payroll records and electronic communications. I am also considering a subpoena for lease application information for a new apartment he moved into. I am also alleging tax evasion that the father confessed to me. What is the best way to prove my case in court?
