Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Do still I require a lawyer for child support hearing? Custody and visitation has already been determined and ordered by the judge, 4 days with me 3 days with Mother. I wasn't seeking a deviation from child support nor did I want it, but my lawyer insisted. I'm hoping I can spare myself some money.

No, if you are willing to pay this amount of child support and not seek a lower (deviating )amount, then there should

be no need now for a separate hearing on this matter irrespective of what your lawyer may be "insisting upon"

(in my opinion).
