Is it possible to rescind a divorce settlement offer before the decree has been signed by the judge?

No, not usually unless the other party is agreeable to it or you

have credible proof that somehow you were subject to undue

influence, coercion, duress, etc., which might be sufficient to

void this agreement (in my opinion).
