Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Residual Parental Rights

I am the non-custodial parent of a 14 year old girl (father). I know that in my state (Virginia) I have a right to access her medical records. She is seeing a psychologist, does my right of access to her medical records still apply? What information is my daughter's psychologist obliged to share with me?

Re: Residual Parental Rights

Access to your daughter's medical records should also apply to records of

her psychologist, provided that you are entitled to access the former.
