Responding to a request for paternity

My ex boyfriend has filed to have a paternity test done. I have no doubt that he is the father, do I have to honor the test since i'm sure he is the father.

Re: Responding to a request for paternity

If a court has ordered a paternity (DNA)test, samples(cheek swabs) of the father's DNA and the subject child's will be required, but not from the mother. However, as the child's mother you will be required to make the child available for the required cheek swabbing to obtain the child's DNA, if that's what you mean by "honoring the test".
