Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

restraining order violation

I have been contacted by a man that i have a restraining order against, I have responded to his emails and have even seen him. I found out if was a ploy to ruin me. Nothing I can do about that now, just want to what was going to happen to me. I did not initiate any of this, i just let him bluff me. Please tell me what i should do. I have had no contact with him since last week. We go to court on MOnday for violation of the order by him months ago. He says i will be ruined, please tell me.

Re: restraining order violation

If the issue of your recent contact with the restrained one should arise at the upcoming hearing, simply give the judge an honest acccount of what happened and why.
