If my exwife remarries is she still eligable for half my military retirement?

If the amount which you are paying was alimony awarded to your former wife as part of a divorce, your obligation under Virginia law to continue paying would cease upon the date of her remarriage and she should then be subject to be discontinued from your SBP (Survivor Benefit Plan)once you have submitted the required proof of the remarriage to the DFAS along with any other required documents.
