Revocable adoption

I placed my child for adoption on 4/15/07 do I still have any right to get her back

Yes, if you're referring to revoking an entrustment agreement which you made with a child welfare agency and the child has not yet been physically placed with any adoptive parents, as the biological parent of the child you would still retain the right to revoke the aforementioned agreement and have the child returned to your care and custody. (See Va. Code Sec. 63.1-1223.)
