How do i get rid of my amended birth certifecate

I am an adoptee who was adopted at age 16, and i am now at 22 back with my mother, i want my amended birth certificate nell and void, i already have a copy of my original birth recorda that my mother had.

I am already changing my name back, and i want the amended amended to go away

Interesting. Don't know I've ever come across such a situation. Without doing research, I suspect your birth mother could adopt you if your adoptive mother agrees.
