My rights about breakup not married

I was engaged with a women who lives in virgina, i moved some of my things there, and we have since broke up , i have a bedroom suite, riding mower, gun, truck and car there, she refuses me the right to get these things from her she says i owe them to her for not marring her, aso I brought two engage ment rings one of which she has sold, whats my right about them, is this going to be a costly battle also we brought some furniture there in my name whats my the right s to that I brought her a car in my name and she refused to pay for it upon breakup so im stuck with that is ther any help you can give me on what to do

I would suggest that you visit the office of the clerk of the general district court(civil division) in the jurisdiction where your property is located and explain that you want to file the appropriate action to have your property returned(or receive a judgment for its value).

The clerk may be able to provide you with court forms and instructions so that you can do this on your own without the aid of an attorney.
